Final reflection

This is the year that I’ve improved a lot, I can’t talk or write in English very well, but I can understand more than last years. The thing that helped me was my participation in conversations with people from around the world. I meted them on my new Facebook and my DA account. Also, the English class was fine for me, because nowadays I can understand things that on the last year I wasn’t. The thing that I can’t make is writing automatically, because I make a lot of errors… EPIC ERRORS! But I recognize that the class helped me a lot and on the future I will be much better than this year. I promise that on this summer I will write a lot and I’ll intent to see movies and programs on English, with Spanish subtitles of course.

I hope that the following year become easy, because my debility is the language, I know that is a utopia, but I can improved with the help of the class and internet.

The things that I liked more were the blog, because on it, I could explain my thinks and my likes.

The exams were difficult, but with of help of other activities, I could approve this year.

Well, this is the correction of the writing that we writed on class :)

People have made a diferents inventios in the world. Them, like anothers, has dammanged or helped the enviroment. Since the first machines appeared (as the trains, the mechanic ships... )
For me, The world is like a presore cooker. When we hurt it, it increases its presion, until it blows up. We don't respect the enviroment, because we use cars, phones, burn the toxic materials, the chmicals... When a country which consumes more than it produces asks more to others countries. When we go to the supermarket, we use a plastic bagsanoly five minutes ans afther get rid of them.
It is too easy to buy chocolate, its price is not spensive, but the plastic that saved is can husrt a lot of enviroment. For this reason, we need to loock afther the world, because it is too easy to leave, because is so confortable this system, but is the best?
In my opinion, the world is wrong. We can't change the goverments or the system, although we want it. In conclution, I do not agree with this sentence... We haven't almost learnt to respect our world.

Dear Mochammed!

Thanks you so much for your last letter. Are you fine? I hope so. You where talking to me about your holidays in Japan, you said that it is so beautiful and exotic. My holidays will be in Venezuela, on the east coast, in Maracaibo.

I can recommend you this place because it is an awesome zone; the people who live in this place are very extroverted and funny. Also, the atmosphere is very nice: a lot of music, different food types and the clime are very good, but a little bit hot!

One of the places of Maracaibo is the Choroni beach. It is a very nice option to go on holidays. The sandy of this beach is extremely white and the water is very clean and blue. The zone is also so beautiful because it is in the middle of the jungle, you can eat the natural coconuts of the beach or listen to the voice of the tropical birds.

If you come here, you will need special sunny clothes and… well… insect repellent….

In Venezuela, the places that you can visits are the commercial centres, the Maracaibo lagoon and the centre of Maracaibo “Las pulgas”

Yes, my oral presentation in this term was very poor. I don't know why I got nervous, the text are very well, but in the lats moment... attacked me the nervous... also was very short!
Well, my pronuntiation has very good in comparation to the last term. Also, the phrases construction was better, but... POLITICATION! oh my god! when I say this... well, is a epic fail.
In the 3rt term, I want to make my oral presentation better in relation from this.

Frankenstein

Frankenstein is the most beautiful story that I seen, because contains all the temes that i love: Mystery, Hate, Love, and sadness. The creater, Mary Shelleis, was a women that was very oppressed because when she wrote this story, the womens can't publish a story easily, the society seem wrong that the womens write. Her best friend, Lord Bayron, believe that the womens can wirte and for this reason he encouraged she so that the write.
Well, this story also have a teme that is very original. In the Frankenstein times, the horror storis was a very little part from the stories and the people like it because it was very original. For this reason, Frankenstein is on of the most popular stories a round the world. The people in nowdays copy the argument, for movies, arguments and cartoons. Since I was a child, frankenstein was the escene that appeared in the big part of the cartoons that I seen, exemplifying the science craziness.

The best part of this story is the part when Victo went to the north for trap the monster, he want to avenge the death of his friends, and the monster whent to the north for be alone and die.
In the movie that I seen in the High School (thanks for this Lourdes) almost cry in this part.
But really, is better read the book and imagine the characters!

Hola a todos, mi nombre es África Santeliz y mi tema para esta presentación es mi pasatiempo favorito.
desde pequeña, me gusta cocinar y experimentar con ingredientes normales, y hacer de ingredientes normales, buenas comidas. Pero mi problema, muy normalmente, fue que que los ingredientes que usaba no siempre eran los mejores, realmente, y mis experimentos acababan en el tazón de mi perro. Pero a medida que fui creciendo, he podido aprender nuevas recetas y hacer yo también.
Algo parecido logró Ferran Adrià, el mejor chef al rededor del mundo, el tiene el Bulli, que también es el mejor restaurante del mundo. Pero a mi no me gusta este restaurante: 1, es muy caro, ahora mismo no, porque esta cerrado, pero antes un plato costaba unos cien o doscientos euros. 2, la gran mayoría de los alimentos que se preparan allí son puro químico, y eso es muy mal para la salud. Pero él consiguió hacer nuevos estilos de comida y sus descubrimientos son ahora famosos.
No quiero llegar muy lejos, en realidad se que el mundo de la cocina esta dominada por hombres. Si, lo considero una injusticia, no se porqué pasa la verdad... Pero yo lo que quiero es disfrutar de mi trabajo, aprender varias recetas y hacer "arte".
Bueno, llegados a este punto, quiera enseñarles una receta muy famosa que a mi me gusta. Es sencilla, no se preocupen, les prometo que no morirán en el intento. ¿De acuerdo??
Esta receta es el Bizcocho normal con coco y naranja.
Necesitamos: Un yogurt, tres huevos, una medida del yogurt de aceite de oliva, una medida de coco rayado, dos medidas de azúcar, tres medidas de harina, tres cucharadas de levadura para pasteles y tres o cuatro cucharadas de piel de naranja rayada.
Ahora tenemos que mezclar todos los ingredientes para tener una crema suave, precalentamos el horno a unos ciento ochenta grados, el calor ha de venir por la parte de debajo del horno.
Ahora solo hemos de esperar unos treinta minutos y nuestro pastel quedará listo.

My personal opinion

My opinion for this oral presentation is more or less bad. I don't like my form of language expression, I stop way too and my lenguage is not really good.
The powerpoint is good, the presentation and animations are good. But the best part of my oral presentation is my body lenguage. Really, my brother helped me in this part.
Well, in general the presentation is good, I will improve the vocabulary because I want do my next presentation better.

film criticism

The best movie for me, in my opinion, is "the travel of Chihiro". This movie was the dream that Hayao Miyazaki, he is a anime editor of japan. This movie for me is the best because the drama are very sentimental.
The song, the draw, the personality from characters... I love all.
Chihiro is a girl that arrived in a misterious place with her parents. Them, her parents, ate a food without permission, them after became pigs and Chihiro dicovered that this place is tha hotel of the gods of japan, more 8 milions.
She need work in this place for get her parents, transformed in humans.
Inter the movie, chihiro known a original characters, and her commitment makes that all end well.

Adrian Mole VS Thirteen

This comparation is very complex. Adian's history represents the life of boy that grew and became to teenager, he experimented alone the change and his problems are the money, the love and the respect. He want grew and experiment with the life, but he has not bad influences and bad fiends. He has problems with his parents, but them fight among them and not with adrian. Adrian Mole´s story ended better than Thirteen.
In Thirteen, Traci, for example, experimented with her life, as all the teenagers, but her influences were very bad. She want break her last life style and start a new. It isn't bad, but this new style corrupted her life, because the act was wrong. She learned of this and corrected her life with the help and love of her mother.
These two experiences have one important information: The life depends that you way for ever.

Fairy tail

Long time ago, one kingdom was below the hand of a bad king, he not wanted the liberty for he's people and oppressing them, because he was caught by one malefic force and he went crazy. This king had a daugther that don't liked that her father dominated both the people. Then, In darkness, she scaped from castle for ask help of someone, but the people not wanted because they had scary from the king and his army. Then, she left away to the kingdom for ask help. She traveled about big rivers, mountains and arid zones, for find to someone that help she and her people. But when she passed to most cold mountain she couldn't overcome it. Passed the time and she never again returned to the kingdom. The people forgot of she but continued below the bad kingdom.
After years her ghost, angry, destroyed her dinasty and the kingdom was liberated.

I'm crazy, I know. My friends also crazy. And for that reason, we created one video that is crazy.
When Natalia Selles and me are in math class, we were bored, and we started to drawing stupid monsters, and play with an improvised aircraft, with one rule and pen, and we were drawing in a paper: king kong, afther Gotzilla and last "the dark lord" ^^ MATHS!
Jajaja, when Natalia said me idea of it are funny for them blog. When we think to it, we laugh a lot, and us plan to video: the image, the song and the voices... I did the voice of the three monsters and she are the plane and supplements.

Hello teacher.

First I want to introduce myself. My name is Africa Santeliz, I'm 15 years old and I live in Empuria Brava.

Sincerely, I'm not very good at English, instead I'm very bad, the language is not my especiality. But one of the reasons I'm in batxillerat is for learn English and be able to express myself.

What I like most of English is that it is universal, it doens't have borders. You can travel to every places in the world and speak English, everybody will understand you (everybody that talks English). Also, the songs and the movies in English are the best in the world.

This year, I have to do some changes. The last year I learned a lot thanks to the help of my english teacher, but this year I will improve more, I will!
